To speed up the entire complaint process, it is necessary to send detailed information + photos of the defect to the email address info@energetickesvicky.cz. We will then contact you as soon as possible regarding the next steps.

Returns (Withdrawal from the Contract)
According to the law, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Please note: Shipping costs are borne by the buyer!
According to Act No. 89/2012 Coll., § 1832 para. 3, the entrepreneur is not obliged to bear the shipping costs of the returned goods.
Please send the complete contents of the order. The goods must be packed in such a way that they are not damaged during transport!
